All items are made-to-order and crafted just for you. This means there’s a short processing and fulfillment period before your item ships. Processing and fulfillment usually take 2–7 business days, depending on the item.

Once fulfilled, shipping time estimates are:

• US orders: 3–10 business days
• International orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that some items may arrive later due to extended shipping times from our international warehouses. This applies even if you're located in the U.S.

To expedite the process, items may be shipped separately, depending on their location of manufacture. Don't worry. Your remaining items are likely still in transit.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case).

We begin processing orders shortly after they’re placed, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible—ideally within the first hour. If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we’ll do our best to make the change. Once production begins, the order can no longer be modified or canceled.

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Absolutely. All transactions are processed through a secure checkout system with industry-standard encryption.

Double-check that the code was entered correctly and hasn’t expired. Discount codes and gift cards are case-sensitive and can’t be combined with certain promotions. If you’re still having trouble, reach out to us and we’ll help you get it sorted.

Discounts can’t be stacked. If an item is already on sale or part of a promotion, additional discount codes won’t apply. Only one discount or offer can be used per order.

We offer one reward per order — either free shipping on $75+ or a discount code.

Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and display. We strive to match what you see online, but minor discrepancies may occur, particularly between digital screens and printed materials.

Every item is printed individually, so small variations in design placement can happen. These do not affect the quality or usability of the product.

Because each item is made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for size, color, or style preferences. Please double-check your selections and review our size guide before placing your order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, color, or buyer’s remorse. Each item is custom-made for you and not eligible for restocking.

We're so sorry! 😿 If your item is defective, damaged, or has a manufacturing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please send a clear photo (or video, if necessary) showing the issue, and we’ll gladly offer a free replacement or refund. No need to return the damaged item.

If more than one item is affected, please include an image (or video, if necessary) that shows all impacted products together. This helps us confirm and speed up your resolution.

Some of our items make purrfect gifts! At this time, we don’t offer gift wrapping, but you can send a gift directly to someone by entering their shipping address at checkout.
